For a day, you become the protagonist of your own film, captured with high-end equipment, cinematic storytelling, and a creative team that understands elegance, emotion, and detail 🎥✨ Every frame is crafted to feel timeless, classy, and larger than life. 💎 What’s Included in the Experience ⏳ 7–8 Hours of Premium Shoot Time 📍 3 Handpicked Scenic Locations 🎞️ Up to 3-Minute Professionally Edited Cinematic Film 📸 25 High-End Edited Photographs 🖼️ All Raw Images (Approx. 200+) 📲 1 Instagram Reel (Cinematic Cut) 💌 3 “Save The Date” Creatives ⚠️ Experience Guidelines 🌿 Shoot locations include exclusive & lesser-known scenic spots 🚗 Travel time between locations is included in the shoot duration ⏱️ Late arrival at locations may impact deliverables 📍 Locations beyond 10 km from Manali to be managed by the client 🚁 Drone shots depend on weather & permissions (No drone flying during rain, snowfall, high winds, or low light) 🔄 In case of sudden location closures, a backup location is arranged instantly
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation** - A **30% advance payment** is required to confirm your booking. - This **advance is non-refundable under any circumstance**. - The remaining **70% is payable on the day of the shoot**, before the delivery of any photos or videos. 2. Rescheduling** - You may **reschedule your shoot once** at no extra cost if you notify us **at least 3 days in advance**. - Rescheduling is subject to our team's availability. - If rescheduling is requested less than 3 days before the shoot, it may incur an **additional charge** depending on the situation and bookings. 3. Cancellation** - In the event of cancellation, the **30% advance is retained** and **non-refundable**. - No refunds will be made for last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. **4. Shoot Timings** - Clients are expected to be punctual. Delays from your side may result in reduced shoot time. - If our team is late, we will ensure the lost time is either covered on the same day or compensated in another slot. --- ### **5. Deliverables** - Edited Photos: Delivered within **2–3 weeks** - Videos/Reels: Delivered within **3–4 weeks** - All content will be shared via Google Drive or similar platforms. - Drive link will be active for **30 days**. Please download your files within this period. --- ### **6. Selection & Edits** - You may select your favorite photos for editing from raw previews (as per your package limit). - Extra edits will be chargeable. - Artistic vision, tones, and final editing decisions are handled by our team to ensure quality. --- ### **7. Location & Travel** - Prices are valid within **Rishikesh city limits**. - Travel beyond designated locations or to premium sites may incur extra fees. - Any entry, activity, or parking charges are to be borne by the client. --- ### **8. Use of Content** - We may use photos/videos from the shoot for our portfolio, social media, and promotions. - If you wish to keep your shoot **completely private**, kindly inform us **before the shoot**. 9. Conduct We strive to offer a respectful, friendly, and professional experience. We expect the same in return. Damage to our equipment or misconduct during the shoot may result in termination without refund. We value clear communication and a smooth experience for every client.
