Service Description
Editing Services Include: >Organizing & assembling clips >Sequencing clip in a way it creates a flow throughout the video >Building up the video in an engaging way >Adding background music & score to match the theme >Cutting to beat & syncing the music >Color corrections to the clip >Color grading to add mood to footage >Exporting video to the required format & for the required platforms. In this package you will get: * 4 Hours * 2 Locations * 2 Professionally Edited Insta Reel * 25 Professionally Edited Photos * All Session Clicked Photos ( 120-150 ) Note: For reels songs & reference to be provided prior to shoot for inspiration We don't promise specific exact look or feel as creativity is subjective ~ The session will be conducted in the most scenic unexplored places of Manali. ~ Travelling Time to Locations is Included in Package Timing ~ Deliverable, as promised not guaranteed in case of client, don't reach shoot location on time ~ Delivery of Video will be made through Google Drive Link within 2-3 Weeks of the Shoot ~ Travelling to a location beyond 5km of Manali to be taken care of by the client. ~ Flying of Drone will be done only in Favorable Conditions (Rain, Snow, Low Light, and High Winds condition doesn't qualify for drone flying) ~ In case of any sudden closure of any pre-decided shoot locations, it will be changed instantly
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation** - A **30% advance payment** is required to confirm your booking. - This **advance is non-refundable under any circumstance**. - The remaining **70% is payable on the day of the shoot**, before the delivery of any photos or videos. 2. Rescheduling** - You may **reschedule your shoot once** at no extra cost if you notify us **at least 3 days in advance**. - Rescheduling is subject to our team's availability. - If rescheduling is requested less than 3 days before the shoot, it may incur an **additional charge** depending on the situation and bookings. 3. Cancellation** - In the event of cancellation, the **30% advance is retained** and **non-refundable**. - No refunds will be made for last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. **4. Shoot Timings** - Clients are expected to be punctual. Delays from your side may result in reduced shoot time. - If our team is late, we will ensure the lost time is either covered on the same day or compensated in another slot. --- ### **5. Deliverables** - Edited Photos: Delivered within **2–3 weeks** - Videos/Reels: Delivered within **3–4 weeks** - All content will be shared via Google Drive or similar platforms. - Drive link will be active for **30 days**. Please download your files within this period. --- ### **6. Selection & Edits** - You may select your favorite photos for editing from raw previews (as per your package limit). - Extra edits will be chargeable. - Artistic vision, tones, and final editing decisions are handled by our team to ensure quality. --- ### **7. Location & Travel** - Prices are valid within **Rishikesh city limits**. - Travel beyond designated locations or to premium sites may incur extra fees. - Any entry, activity, or parking charges are to be borne by the client. --- ### **8. Use of Content** - We may use photos/videos from the shoot for our portfolio, social media, and promotions. - If you wish to keep your shoot **completely private**, kindly inform us **before the shoot**. 9. Conduct We strive to offer a respectful, friendly, and professional experience. We expect the same in return. Damage to our equipment or misconduct during the shoot may result in termination without refund. We value clear communication and a smooth experience for every client.
