In World Through Lens, attention to detail is given to all pictures. With the use of Professional Editing Software, your image is corrected for exposure, white balance, and many other parameters are checked. Then each image of yours is given a separate color palette to give it the desired mood & feel. Then in the final process, your image is tweaked to give it a final touch before exporting

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation** - A **30% advance payment** is required to confirm your booking. - This **advance is non-refundable under any circumstance**. - The remaining **70% is payable on the day of the shoot**, before the delivery of any photos or videos. 2. Rescheduling** - You may **reschedule your shoot once** at no extra cost if you notify us **at least 3 days in advance**. - Rescheduling is subject to our team's availability. - If rescheduling is requested less than 3 days before the shoot, it may incur an **additional charge** depending on the situation and bookings. 3. Cancellation** - In the event of cancellation, the **30% advance is retained** and **non-refundable**. - No refunds will be made for last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. **4. Shoot Timings** - Clients are expected to be punctual. Delays from your side may result in reduced shoot time. - If our team is late, we will ensure the lost time is either covered on the same day or compensated in another slot. --- ### **5. Deliverables** - Edited Photos: Delivered within **2–3 weeks** - Videos/Reels: Delivered within **3–4 weeks** - All content will be shared via Google Drive or similar platforms. - Drive link will be active for **30 days**. Please download your files within this period. --- ### **6. Selection & Edits** - You may select your favorite photos for editing from raw previews (as per your package limit). - Extra edits will be chargeable. - Artistic vision, tones, and final editing decisions are handled by our team to ensure quality. --- ### **7. Location & Travel** - Prices are valid within **Rishikesh city limits**. - Travel beyond designated locations or to premium sites may incur extra fees. - Any entry, activity, or parking charges are to be borne by the client. --- ### **8. Use of Content** - We may use photos/videos from the shoot for our portfolio, social media, and promotions. - If you wish to keep your shoot **completely private**, kindly inform us **before the shoot**. 9. Conduct We strive to offer a respectful, friendly, and professional experience. We expect the same in return. Damage to our equipment or misconduct during the shoot may result in termination without refund. We value clear communication and a smooth experience for every client.
